Purchasing and Spares

This field mainly concerns defence equipment for which Sofema supplies spare parts necessary to maintain the operational capability of first generation land vehicles and aircraft, for instance :

-    aircraft : Mirage III, Mirage V …
-    helicopters : Alouette, Puma, Gazelle
-    armoured vehicles : AMX, AML, VAB …
-    logistic vehicles : VLRA, TRM …

Sofema has established in central France an important logistic facility for the storage  of spare parts dedicated to the retrofit and direct support of land and air defence equipment.

Its Purchasing Department has access to a wide network of foreign and French suppliers, carefully selected to guarantee quality and tracking of the parts.

Furthermore, Sofema is willing to purchase any stocks of spares which could reinforce its support capability of land and air defence equipment.

More specifically, Sofema is today the official successor of PANHARD for the support of the AML armoured vehicles family and thus guarantees its future service with many armed forces worldwide.
